It has high strength, excellent heat resistance, good water resistance, and fast curing, making it suitable for the production of fiberglass products such as cooling towers and storage tanks.
Tianhe Dian Shi brand DS-281 is a phthalate-type unsaturated polyester resin, featuring low viscosity and high reactivity. It has excellent wetting properties, good air-drying capability, fast curing, and high hardness. It is suitable for hand lay-up molding and for reinforcing the surface of marble to prevent chipping during cutting.
The Tianhe Dianshi brand DS-600N is an Iso-Phthalic / Neopentyl glycol type unsaturated polyester resin for trenchless pipeline repair, based on isophthalic/new pentanediol type. Styrene serves as the crosslinking monomer, featuring high reactivity, moderate viscosity, and stability in thickening at room temperature. It has good wetting properties for fiberglass fabrics and fast post-curing characteristics. This results in a long storage period for prepreg materials, low styrene odor volatility, and easy application to pipe walls under various temperature conditions. The cured product exhibits high mechanical strength, good toughness, heat resistance, water resistance, corrosion resistance, and excellent weather resistance, making it suitable for CIPP UV curing and CIPP hot water inversion methods for repairing pipe liners.
