TH-160-1 is a bisphenol A epoxy vinyl ester resin specifically designed for the pultrusion process. Its ultra-high reactivity is suitable for various rapid pultrusion processes, while also providing excellent glass fiber wetting and mechanical strength. Compared to similar types of resins, TH-160-1 offers superior wettability, outstanding mechanical properties, and better processability.
The Tianhe TH-210 is a phenolic type epoxy vinyl ester resin. Compared to the TH-100 series products, it maintains good rigidity and strength at higher temperatures, while also exhibiting resistance to corrosion from acids, organic solvents, and acidic oxidative media. It has a longer tolerance time in acidic oxidative environments and offers excellent workability, making it suitable for various fiberglass molding processes. It is widely used in chemical engineering and industry involving numerous chemical media such as acids, bases, salts, and organic solvents, making it an ideal high-temperature heavy-duty anti-corrosion resin.
TH-230 is a phenolic type epoxy vinyl ester resin. TH-310 is a brominated epoxy vinyl ester resin specifically designed to meet the dual requirements of high flame retardancy and high corrosion resistance. Its ultra-high reactivity is suitable for hand lay-up, winding, pultrusion, and other molding processes, while also providing excellent glass fiber wetting effects and mechanical strength. Compared to similar types of resins, TH-310 offers outstanding flame retardant properties, superior wettability, exceptional mechanical performance, and better processability. The oxygen index of pure resin castings can reach above 38.
