The Tianhe Dianshi brand DS-600N is an Iso-Phthalic / Neopentyl glycol type unsaturated polyester resin for trenchless pipeline repair, based on isophthalic/new pentanediol type. Styrene serves as the crosslinking monomer, featuring high reactivity, moderate viscosity, and stability in thickening at room temperature. It has good wetting properties for fiberglass fabrics and fast post-curing characteristics. This results in a long storage period for prepreg materials, low styrene odor volatility, and easy application to pipe walls under various temperature conditions. The cured product exhibits high mechanical strength, good toughness, heat resistance, water resistance, corrosion resistance, and excellent weather resistance, making it suitable for CIPP UV curing and CIPP hot water inversion methods for repairing pipe liners.

Tianhe Dian Shi brand DS-638N-1 is a purified Terephthalic -type unsaturated polyester resin with medium viscosity and high reactivity. It features high mechanical strength, high toughness, high heat distortion temperature, excellent hot water resistance, and outstanding corrosion resistance, with good wetting properties for fiberglass. It is particularly suitable for the production of various specifications of fiberglass winding pipes, storage tanks, and fiberglass products with high performance requirements.
