On the first day of the event, the Tianhe Group Safety Committee visited Zhejiang Benli Technology Co., Ltd., located in the same chemical park. As a leader in the industry, Benli Technology's outstanding performance in raw material and finished product quality management has attracted attention from many people inside and outside the industry. During the visit, the Tianhe Group Safety Committee gained an in-depth understanding of the material sampling standards and processes strictly followed by Benli Technology. These standards and processes ensure that every link from raw material delivery to finished product shipment is managed and controlled meticulously. At the same time, the advanced testing equipment and technology equipped by Benli Technology left a deep impression on the visiting group. In the modern production workshop, high-precision testing equipment can accurately and quickly detect various indicators of products, providing assurance for quality control. Through this in-depth visit and exchange on the first day, the Tianhe Group Safety Committee not only learned about Benli Technology's rich experience in quality management but also gained many valuable insights. These new ideas and methods will provide strong support for Tianhe Group to explore new paths in quality management.
In-depth visit to Zhejiang Huahai Pharmaceutical to absorb the essence of 6S management.
The next day, the Tianhe Group Safety Committee visited Zhejiang Huahai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
Huahai Pharmaceutical left a deep impression on the visiting group with its orderly production site and refined 6S management. As an important tool for modern enterprise management, 6S management's core concept is to create an efficient, orderly, and safe working environment through standardization in six aspects: sorting, setting in order, shining, standardizing, sustaining discipline, and safety. This concept was perfectly interpreted at Huahai Pharmaceutical's production site, and members of the Tianhe Group Safety Committee expressed that they benefited greatly. After the visit, the visiting group had an in-depth discussion with Huahai Pharmaceutical's management team regarding their successful experiences in 6S management, common issues, and solutions. The management team of Huahai Pharmaceutical shared their experiences and insights without reservation, allowing members of the Tianhe Group Safety Committee to learn about the essence of 6S management while providing valuable experiences and insights for standardization and refinement of on-site management at Tianhe Group.
Safety experts visit Zhejiang Tianhe to build a safety defense line together.
After two days of visits and exchanges, the Tianhe Group Safety Committee invited experts from the Ministry of Emergency Management and Jiangsu Provincial Safety Committee to Zhejiang Tianhe for a three-day inspection, guidance, and training activity covering multiple key areas such as safety systems, safety records, and on-site management. The experts provided detailed guidance and suggestions on Zhejiang Tianhe's safety management work through report listening, document review, on-site inspections, etc.
In safety system training, experts combined advanced domestic and international safety management concepts and methods to bring cutting-edge knowledge and practical skills to Zhejiang Tianhe's management team and employees. Through case analysis and experience sharing formats, everyone gained a deeper understanding of safety management systems, laying a solid foundation for future safety work.
In terms of safety record management, experts conducted a detailed inspection of Zhejiang Tianhe's record materials and provided practical solutions and suggestions to help Tianhe better improve its safety management system and standardize safety record management to ensure accurate recording and traceability of all safety work.
In terms of on-site management, experts conducted detailed evaluations of various aspects of on-site safety management at the production front line. They provided detailed guidance on safety signage, equipment maintenance, operating procedures, etc., helping Tianhe further enhance on-site management efficiency and ensure that production processes are safe and controllable.
Through this activity, not only did it bring valuable safety management experience and skills to Zhejiang Tianhe but also injected new vitality and motivation into Tianhe Group's safe development.
