Recently, Tianhe Vinyl Ester Resin TH-380 successfully obtained commercial material certification from TÜV Rheinland.
Mr. Li Weichun, Vice President of Global Power Electronics Product Services and General Manager of Solar and Commercial Product Services for Greater China at TÜV Rheinland, presented the certificate to Tianhe Resin. Mr. Jin Wei, Vice President of Shanghai Xintianhe Industrial Group and General Manager of Nantong Tianhe Resin Co., Ltd., participated in the certification ceremony.
The commercial material certification from TÜV Rheinland aims to assist upstream material companies in multidimensional development, efficiently empowering product excellence and enhancing market visibility. Driven by market demand, it provides precise services for upstream raw material companies and downstream products.
Tianhe Vinyl Ester Resin TH-380 is a highly reactive epoxy vinyl ester resin specifically designed for composite materials in the photovoltaic field. This certification indicates that Tianhe Vinyl Ester Resin TH-380 has passed various tests including long-term weather resistance, low-temperature impact, ball pressure, and mechanical properties, demonstrating excellent performance throughout the testing period and providing more options for resin materials used in photovoltaic composite frames.
Tianhe Vinyl Ester Resin TH-380 has the following characteristics:
★ High strength, high heat resistance, excellent flame retardancy, and corrosion resistance
★ Good water resistance with low water absorption rate meeting DNV Grade 1 requirements
★ Good pultrusion processability and high applicability to pultrusion molding equipment
★ The oxygen index of pure resin castings can reach above 35, and composite products can achieve UL94-V0 grade
