DS-Tianhe Resin Series
Tianhe Dianshi brand DS-600N is an Iso-Phthalic / Neopentyl glycol type unsaturated polyester resin for trenchless pipeline repair, based on isophthalic/new pentanediol type, with styrene as the crosslinking monomer. It features high reactivity, moderate viscosity, stable thickening at room temperature, good wetting properties for fiberglass fabrics, and fast post-curing. The prepreg has a long storage period, low styrene odor volatility, and adheres easily to pipe walls in different temperature environments. The cured product has high mechanical strength, good toughness, heat resistance, water resistance, corrosion resistance, and excellent weather resistance, suitable for CIPP UV curing and CIPP hot water inversion method for repairing pipe liners.

*The packaging of Tianhe Dianshi brand DS-600N is a net weight of 220KG metal drum. The storage period at a temperature of 20℃ is six months. Higher temperatures will shorten the storage period accordingly. It should be stored in a cool, ventilated place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. This product is flammable and should be kept away from open flames.*
